 3. Bookings and Payments
    Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received unless otherwise stated.
    Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods provided.
    Price Adjustments: Prices may change due to exchange rates, taxes, or supplier fees. We reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.

 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations must be made in writing. Fees may apply based on the service provider's policies.
    Cancellation by Malhi Travel: We reserve the right to cancel bookings in cases of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
    Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

 5. Changes to Bookings
    Change Requests: Requests for changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Some services may not permit changes.
    Itinerary Adjustments: Malhi Travel reserves the right to make minor changes to itineraries to ensure smooth operations.

 6. Customer Responsibilities
    Travel Documents: Customers must have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required permits. Malhi Travel is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or expired documentation.
    Health and Safety: Customers must comply with health requirements, including vaccinations or health declarations as required by destination countries.

 7. Liability and Limitations
    ThirdParty Services: Malhi Travel acts as an agent for thirdparty service providers and is not liable for any loss or damage caused by these providers, including airlines, hotels, and transport companies.
    Force Majeure: Malhi Travel is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental regulations.

 8. Behavior and Conduct
    Customers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully with other travelers and service providers. Malhi Travel reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a customer’s behavior is deemed inappropriate.

 9. Privacy and Data Protection

 10. Intellectual Property Rights
    All materials on our website, including text, images, and logos, are the property of Malhi Travel. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

 11. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurdaspur, Punjab.
